The initiative included customer need analysis and redesigning internal processes. This segment delivered 30 million liters of incremental volume for CF in 2013.- Established premium pricing for local B2B customers in a regulated pricing environment. The initiative required a step-up change for our platinum customers; improved account management, operational excellence and streamlining the order to delivery cycle. Delivered a y-on-y growth of 37% in unit margins for the entire B2B portfolio.- Sales 1st Focal Point for CF business in Pakistan. Was responsible for implementing behaviors, processes and activities required to elevate the CF team into an effective sales organization. Led the roll-out and training of the sales team for Shells’ CRM portal. -
