My focus is on strategic product positioning, launching innovative features, exploring new market opportunities, securing new partnerships, and nurturing relationships with existing partners.• Spearheaded the implementation of numerous growth initiatives including adding multiple datacenter additions across multiple Cloud providers.• Successfully revitalized the DNS Made Easy Add-on and implemented targeted improvements and innovative strategies, leading to a 2X increase in customer adoption & resulting in a $70K growth acceleration.• I identified and addressed a critical technical issue that was contributing to higher-than-expected deactivations of Cloudflare services. By targeting this root cause and implementing effective solutions, we achieved significant results, including a 49.4% reduction in technical issue-related deactivations and a 7.8% increase in overall user retention. Additionally, the Customer Contact Index (CCI) improved from 23.61 to 16, reflecting a smoother user experience. Specific customer segments, such as freelance developers, saw a 49.6% decrease in deactivations, and affiliate marketing deactivations dropped by 37.4%. This initiative led to enhanced user satisfaction, improved retention rates, and better performance across multiple metrics, ultimately strengthening the stability and reliability of the Cloudways platform.
