By targeting this root cause and implementing effective solutions, we achieved significant results, including a 49.4% reduction in technical issue-related deactivations and a 7.8% increase in overall user retention. Additionally, the Customer Contact Index (CCI) improved from 23.61 to 16, reflecting a smoother user experience. Specific customer segments, such as freelance developers, saw a 49.6% decrease in deactivations, and affiliate marketing deactivations dropped by 37.4%.
