•Controlling and Automation of Air Handling Units (AHU) via PLC in the field of Heating Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC).•Maintenance of instruments such as Pressure sensors, Temperature sensors and Damper motors.•Calibration of instruments such as Temperature sensors and Humidity sensors.•Scheduling of AHU & Alarm for the AHU Fan.•Trouble shooting of the above mentioned.•Using Niagara I/A Series for displaying values from PLC, on the server
