Currently working as a National Technical Support engineer at Colterlec, a leading provider of electrical engineering solutions and services. I design, implement, and maintain network systems and software for various clients, ensuring optimal performance and security. I also troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise, providing end-user support and training.My passion for technology and problem-solving started when I was a teenager, helping other students with their phones and laptops. I pursued this interest through my education, obtaining a foundation degree in computer science from Macquarie University and a bachelor's degree in information technology from King's Own Institute. I have developed skills in IT operations, computer networking, networking, and software development, which I apply to my current and previous roles. Some of my recent achievements include designing and rolling out a new software to optimize the efficiency of holiday bookings, which contributed to a 12% increase in sales and a reduction in staff numbers. I also successfully migrated a large network infrastructure from on-premise to cloud-based, enhancing scalability and reliability. In my spare time, I enjoy playing e-sports, which helps me improve my teamwork and communication skills, as well as my technical knowledge. I am always eager to learn new things and take on new challenges in the IT field.
