Job Description. 1-Build and create new system for expenses department.2-Define the work cycle and the lines of authority and responsibility.3-Post and close daily and monthly expenses for prepaid and accrued.4-Define and analysis the diff. between budget and actual expenses.5-Assist financial manager in preparing monthly reporting (FS).6-Participate in preparing Budget “Zero Budget”.7-Prepare OPEX report plus store performance report.
