I was motivated and triggered by the fact that outsourcing uniquely helps entrepreneurs and visionary leaders scale their businesses and go across borders for expert talent, reduced operating costs, and flexible staffing solutions. Recruiting is a challenging profession with fierce competition and people on both sides of sales. Recruiters working crazy hours with too many balls in the air often fail to seize and explore the opportunities. I started BPO Wizard to meet the demand for a professional virtual workforce in the staffing and recruiting industry. Over the past 10 years, we have helped hundreds of agencies and solopreneurs fill thousands of positions and gain new business. We provide research, marketing, and complete back-office solutions to companies at all levels.
