• Process journal entries and perform accounting corrections to ensure accurate records• Responsible for account payables (Invoice posting, taxes deduction and vendor reconciliations)• Assisting in expense control• Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase journals.• Responsible for accounts receivables (Payments received+ reconciliation)• Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills and accounts payables.

• Provides educated recommendations based on customer needs and objectives immediately attend to customers' complaints and works to have them resolved in the fastest way possible.• Assist with month-end inventory, and prepares necessary reports.• Reviews the par-stock level of inventory and other merchandise and sends a request for requisition, if needed.
