- Helped with tracking data and keeping data organized within the teams analytical database.- Scouted players that the team was interested in, whether it was for drafting or acquiring through transfer.- Wrote reports on different players that the team was interested in which graded them so they could make decisions on whether to acquire them or not.- Partook in regular team meetings in which we worked together on planning for the future of the team.- Helped organize multiple different team activities which involved team bonding as well as furthering our education and knowledge of the sport.- Trained and helped other scouts in furthering their knowledge of how to create reports that fit what the team is looking for, as well as mentored them on different ways to achieve success within the organization.
