Administrative Assistant
Current• Proficient in project coordination, ensuring team adherence to timelines and deliverables.• Maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout its lifecycle using Microsoft SharePoint, cloud-based platforms, SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.• Provide support to Project Managers with administrative tasks, including expense reporting and invoice processing.• Analyze project data and generate progress reports using Power BI.• Handle general administrative duties for Directors, including correspondence management.• Prepare Quarterly and Monthly reports for clients.• Organize meetings, including agenda preparation and logistical arrangements.• Schedule stakeholder meetings and facilitate communication with Project Managers.• Perform various administrative tasks such as expense reporting, invoice processing, and new staff onboarding.• Support Line of Business Staff with correspondence, report preparation, and governance activities.• Participate in team meetings, record minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.• Engage in Line of Business activities and contribute to special projects as needed.• Undertake additional duties as assigned by Line of Business Directors.• Monitor project progress and generate comprehensive status reports for project managers and stakeholders.• Assist in resource scheduling to ensure team members have necessary resources for task completion.
