Provide expert reentry technical assistance through JustLeadership USA’s partnership with The American Institute for Research, the National Reentry Resource Center and The Bureau of Justice Assistance, to bolster the performance, fidelity to best practices and tip of the spear criminal justice reform for all federal reentry grantee recipients.

The Peers Mentoring Center provides Reentry services, housing, employment placement, workforce development as well as workforce reintegration for the men and women returning to our community to promote positive family reunification and enhanced public safety. We are a reentry program that helps to provide real and holistic healing and life opportunities for those men and women in most desperate need of assistance.

• Facilitate and implement Work Force Development workshops, trainings, groups and programs• Provide support for the United States District Courts Re-Entry Court • Member of the Re-Entry Court Program Team• Seek out strategic partnerships that will enhance and expand the services provided and offered to Offenders on Federal Probation• Provide mentoring and peer support for Offenders on Federal Probation• Work Closely with all US Probation Officers to address the needs of offenders based on risk factors identified through the use of assessment tools such as PCRA and PTRA in an effort to increase public safety and reduce recidivism• Work closely with the Staff and Case Management Team at the Residential Re-Entry Center to engage offenders as they transition from prison to the community and make referrals as appropriate.• Keep 100% accurate notes and records for all information sharing in the USPO database PACTS
