At the helm of Soliman Consulting LLC, my leadership is focused on social justice, leveraging over a decade of experience to drive community reinvestment and wealth creation through a variety of methods including transferable skills trainings, monetization strategies for justice impacted leaders, as well as Peer Reentry Specialist Training and Entrepreneurship. With a hands-on approach, I develop policies that stabilize communities in poverty through fair chance hiring initiatives and workforce development initiatives.
