Leading and running a full end to end in-house creative studio of PMs, ops specialists, account management, talented creatives (copy and design) and agency partners.

Led a large team of creative project managers, integrated producers and resource managers, who delivered creative marketing campaign content and cross functional tech initiatives. Personally responsible for the annual planning of departmental operations, systems, tools and ways of working, prioritisation of workload and resourcing budgets and workflow of briefs. Represented the dept at a senior leadership level, and was key point of communication for senior stakeholders. I successfully rolled out a new operating system departmentally, following a restructure and project with a third party, alongside leading on implementation and configuration of a new project management, resourcing and workflow tool (Workfront).

Supported a team of 14 Project Managers in the delivery of successful projects, where I was responsible for:- advising on best practice, tools and guidelines for delivery of cross channel assets- operationally representing the PM team at a leadership level- scoping and refining project briefs, developing scope of work documents, refining project guidelines and process documentation- developing a junior team into credible and strong project managers

ASOS.com is the UK's largest independent online only fashion and beauty retailer. Having launched new sites in USA, Germany and France in 2010, are expanding even further in 2011.

Working in a dynamic New Media Agency based in Nottingham my roles included Project, Production and Business Development Manager throughout a wide range of multimedia projects. Key responsibilities included liaising, managing and relationship building with clients, managing creative teams to ensure client briefs, budgets and deadlines were met, attending client meetings, developing and implementing new media marketing strategies as well as pitching for new business through quote, tender/proposal writing and presentations. During my time I was a key player in winning the largest contract the company had ever won in their 11 years of business, as well as many other significant projects awards.I worked with large companies/organisations including BT, Pfizer, Diageo, DWP, DfE, E.ON, Boots, Macdonalds and JCB.
