- Utilize software; PMIS – Project management information system and STS – Service Tracking System to initiate new projects and track property related requests.- Create and manage the RFx (proposal/information/qualifications/tender/service) documents and ensure they are delivered in a timely manner.- Independently monitor the procurement process to ensure purchase order (POs) are delivered on time which includes; coordinating the Procurement and Contract Approval Request (PCAR) forms, used for both Corporate and Project-related procurements, and obtaining the appropriate GL (general ledger) codes, cost centre in order to effectively process procurement.
