Being a postgraduate resident Cardiologist, I take part in daily prepping and attending ward rounds, ECG interpretation, journal club, case presentations, assisting consultant Cardiologist in Cardiology outdoor and Echocardiography. Recently completed postgraduate 2 years mandatory rotation in Medicine & Allied as part of specialist training. Worked in medical emergencies, ward and outdoor on Postgraduate registrar level treating various medical conditions as well as teaching nursing staff and junior doctors. Rotated in various medical departments as part of my training like pulmonology, nephrology and dermatology, therefore, I have gained vast experience in managing patients with commonly presenting medical problems.Achieved various competences like ABGs, Venipuncture, Lumbar Puncture, CVP line insertion, Pleural and Peritoneal taps, Chest intubation during my medicine rotation. I have diagnosed & managed many acute and chronic medical conditions patients like CLD, CKD, Acute MI, organophosphate Poisoning, Wheat pill poisoning, Snake bite, upper & lower GI bleed, Shock, Pneumothorax, COPD, Asthma, Tuberculosis, Arthritis, SLE and many more ,that's why I have sound knowledge & experience of dealing with stressful conditions and responding appropriately in time.

I was incharge of a small government run Basic Health Unit which covered up to 8-10 villages for:Providing healthcare facilities to people by daily attending outdoor patients. Taking detailed histories & doing clinical examination, prescribing over the counter drugsReferring patients to specialist doctors. Screening & referral of COVID-19 patients by doing door to door visits. Fulfilling administrative responsibilities of the Basic Health unit like cleanliness maintenance and ensuring working of Nutritionist, Midwife, LHV and Dispenser.
