 Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets. Reconciles Billings by comparing and correcting data. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). Develop graphs, reports, and presentations of project results. Perform basic statistical analyses for projects and reports. Preparing data for monthly Ops call. Prepare Scorecards for Agents, Supervisors & AMs. Prepare and maintain overtime record of Full time employees.
