My objective as a teacher of English Language is to create a diverse learning environment, where every student has the ability to reach his or her fullest potential. And preparing my students for life in the real world, by giving them yet another avenue through which they can achieve their goals. Leadership and Teacher Development*Coaching and training teachers on language teaching. *Training teachers to develop and deliver lesson plans that utilize a broad range of appropriate teaching techniques and strategies in their classrooms.*Implementing an integrated curriculum for students, moving from chalkboard to smartboard.* Transition from teacher-centered to student-centered classrooms.*Conducting quantitative and qualitative research to improve practice for all teachers within the educational institution *Initiating and conducting workshops for all faculty on curriculum mapping and unit planning based on the Continuous Comprehensive Evaluation approach.*Administer academic and language assessments for the purpose of evaluating student progress for meeting academic learning targets and progress in language acquisition.*Provide a nurturing and supportive learning environment that encourages student responsibility and incorporates challenging instructional strategies.*Employ a variety of instructional techniques and strategies to meet different aptitudes and interests of students.
