I oversee the performance of the global recruitment coordinators, who recruit candidates from various sources and regions, by providing guidance, mentoring, and feedback.With more than six years of experience in global recruitment, headhunting, and HR data analysis, I have worked with different industries and clients and developed a strong network of contacts and a diverse talent pipeline. I have an MBA in Human Resources Development from Thadomal Shahani Centre For Management, where I learned how to design and implement effective HR strategies and policies.
