I have 10 years of Real Estate experience as a Realtor. Prior to becoming a Realtor, I led many Commercial Real Estate transactions as a Corporate Executive. I have closed more than $700 million in commercial and residential transactions altogether. Since becoming a Realtor I have closed millions in transactions in the Savannah area including commercial properties and I consulted on the sale of a multi million dollar manufacturing operation. I have sold a multitude of homes with my exclusive VIP marketing campaign.I have 2 Masters Degrees including an MBA and a Masters in Aerospace Engineering. I have owned several small businesses.

Investments, Insurance, and Retirement Planning. Achieved Million Dollar Round Table my first year in the business.

Led the creation of a very successful networking group beginning as a BNI group and transitioning to an independent networking group. Developed close relationships with more than 30 members over the course of 2 years. Many of these business relationship continue today and with a multitude of continuing business referrals.

I was directly responsible for growing the company through acquisition and greenfield expansion. I led teams on international missions to evaluate growth opportunities in PR of China, Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, and Brazil. Successfully completed acquisition of manufacturing facilities in South Korea and Brazil for $70 million and $250 million respectively. Responsible for coordinating, editing, and primary contribution to Strategic Plan and Business Plan.Prior to Business Development, I was Director of International Information Technology. I led the acquisition and implementation of ERP at 11 worldwide locations including planning and implementing a Global Area Network.

I was responsible for purchasing $250 million in synthetic rubber and steel rod for 14 North American manufacturing facilities. I negotiated and oversaw contracts, quality, and delivery schedules from companies such as Exxon, Polysar, Ameripol Synpol, and numerous others. I personally negotiated a $350 million, 7 year contract which resulted in more than $10 million in savings.I also previously served as an Industrial Engineer in a new manufacturing facility where I was instrumental in productivity gains of 28%.

I served as the Aircraft Division officer with responsibility for 5 maintenance shops, 85 personnel, and 10 aircraft valued at of $400 million. I was instrumental in achieving 30% increase in aircraft readiness and 100% retention of aviation maintenance personnel. I simultaneously served as Aircraft Commander providing Airborne Early Warning and command and control of fighter aircraft from an airborne radar facility. I also provided Carrier On-board Delivery of essential personnel and materials to Navy task forces operating in the Mediterranean Sea. Due to my performance I was put in a Senior LCDR (O4) position as a new LT (O3).
