At beSMART, I address critical challenges in sustainable travel through innovative insights and methodologies. At Royal Enfield Social Mission, my research on rider behavior focuses on creating positive impacts for the rider and the Himalayan communities. I’m passionate about embedding sustainability into design utilizing Behavioral Science, making eco-conscious travel the "default" choice.Previously, as Lead - Behavioral Research & Analytics and Customer Experience Manager at HPFY, I applied qualitative and quantitative methods to uncover consumer behavior insights.
