At beSMART, I address critical challenges in sustainable travel through innovative insights and methodologies. At Royal Enfield Social Mission, my research on rider behavior focuses on creating positive impacts for the rider and the Himalayan communities. I’m passionate about embedding sustainability into design utilizing Behavioral Science, making eco-conscious travel the "default" choice.Previously, as Lead - Behavioral Research & Analytics and Customer Experience Manager at HPFY, I applied qualitative and quantitative methods to uncover consumer behavior insights. My work fostered a customer-centric approach across departments along with strengthening client relationships to drive business growth.During my internship at Riptide Partners, I spearheaded a Text Analytics project using the Medallia platform, delivering actionable insights into user pain points through innovative, data-driven solutions.My master’s program at the University of Pennsylvania provided me with a deep understanding of behavioral science theory and practice, as well as a strong foundation in research design, user interviews, data analysis, research guides, and analytical reports.Earlier in my career, I spent three transformative years at Zeta, a hyper-growth fintech company, as a Talent Acquisition Associate. There, I developed deep expertise in recruitment and operations while honing stakeholder management, interviewing & negotiation skills.
