Job Responsibility:-Production Merchandising,-Factory sourcing,-Compliance issue check with our partner factories,-First sample develop, each color sample and PP sample make within deadline.-Costing, Negotiation with factory,-Time and Action calender make and follow up accordingly-Production plan-Call up the pre-production meeting with the technical, quality and production-Production Follow up-Quality control-Delivery assurance within dead line.-Communicate with china, Tokyo due to design issue, CSR issue,Production issue etc.

Responsibilities:-I do planning, organizing, control and evaluate the production operations of manufacturing arena.-Prepared production schedule and maintain an inventory of raw materials and finished garments.-Keep production budget within the target range by analyzing plan and actual of previous budget.-Direct production quality control system and develop production reporting procedures.-Develop and execute plans to efficiently use materials, labor and equipment to meet production targets.-Line allocation and line target set up on the basis of SMV of product.-Monthly summary report Actual against Plan.

Responsibilities:-Production planning follow up,-Production target set( SMV base),-Line Layout basis of style-Line balancing, MMR , MIS reporting,-Production study-Productivity increase -Cost reduction -Unnecessary work reduce by method implement.-Ensure a strong follow up for production and accessories against the orders; organize all materials for smooth production.-Call up the pre-production meeting with the technical, quality and production persons to ensure the standard quality and smooth production-Developing the samples and establish a strong follow-up for running orders.-Follow up the store inventory before start production.-Monthly production status,-Maintain a regular communication with buyer and merchandising dept local buying houses through the mail, vocal or face to face
