As a Supplier Certified Fit Technician role, I am responsible for the technical aspects of garment design, which includes ensuring that a garment dummy fitting, fits well, functions properly, and is produced according to specific guidelines and specifications. I work with designers, pattern makers, and manufacturers to make sure that garments fit correctly and are comfortable for the wearer. Here are some everyday responsibilities which I always observe:• Develop technical packages: As a Supplier Certified Fit Technician role, I am responsible for creating technical packages that include detailed specifications, measurements, and construction details for garments.• Create patterns: As a Supplier Certified Fit Technician role, I must be able to create accurate patterns for garments, using software or by hand, that can be used by manufacturers to produce the final product. I always support my pattern designer team & give guidelines line how to create the perfect pattern as per buyer requirements (Develop stage to PP Approval).• Ensure quality control: I am responsible for ensuring that garments meet quality standards by conducting fit sessions, reviewing samples, and making necessary adjustments.• Communicate: I Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure that the correct materials and trims are used in the production of garments & also work closely with manufacturer.• Collaborate with design teams: I always in touch & work closely with design teams to ensure that garments are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.Overall, I am Providing feedback to manufacturers on the fit and construction of garments and recommending changes as needed & Maintaining accurate records of garment measurements, fit comments, and changes. The main target of a Supplier Certified Fit Technician is essential to the production of high-quality garments that meet the needs of both consumers and manufacturers.

Making Product Design & Pattern in CAD.Provide technical suggestion to factory pattern master how to control excess fabric consumption.Develop new sampling pattern with complete specification.Review and Understand customer comments on Sample.Assist factory pattern master to create grade and implement new patterns.Creating rough-draft templates using computer drafting software and freehand techniques.Measuring, cutting, and designing patterns in the material required & Sending the initial pattern for a manufacture check.Verify & check patterns, buyer comments to ensure the accuracy of the measurements of garments.BR Communicate with product development team to make the product feasible for production and at the same time meeting customers` demand. Ensure perfect design, cost reduction by achieving optimum efficiency of CAD and making 100% accurate markers for product design.
