A critical part of my responsibilities was monitoring site safety protocols, where I ensured strict adherence to health and safety regulations, creating a secure environment for all personnel. In addition to safety oversight, I managed the performance and progress of rebar, formwork, and concrete subcontractors, consistently checking that their work met both quality standards and project timelines. This also tied into my responsibility for managing the scheduling and placement of concrete orders, where I coordinated logistics to guarantee on-time delivery and placement. Prior to each concrete pour, I performed formal and informal rebar inspections to ensure all work complied with design specifications. Lastly, I collaborated with the project team and designers to address constructibility issues, frequently engaging in RFIs and meetings to facilitate smooth project progress and prevent delays.
