With over six years of experience in product strategy and innovation, I am a passionate and creative leader who strives to deliver value to customers and stakeholders. As the Chief Operating Officer at Strategyn, I manage a variety of long-term, cross-organizational projects, lead corporate and product strategy, and set the broad product roadmap for the organization. I am driven by the mission of helping businesses discover and create breakthrough products and services that address unmet customer needs. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have a background in industrial and ceramic design, and speak multiple languages.In my current role, I have implemented a company-wide project management system that provides inputs into strategic planning and decision making. I also own and organize quarterly planning sessions with internal partners, and drive cross-functional objectives and key results at the leadership level. As an EOS Integrator, I ensure that the company vision and growth are aligned and executed within the business. I also serve as the voice of the leadership team for internal communications, and facilitate collaboration and empowerment among the staff. Some of the skills that I use and develop in my role are product strategy, process improvement, and product design.
