However, my husband's career requires living in different areas of the country during different times of year, so I decided to let out my inner entrepreneur. Together we founded PBI, and since then, I have learned a lot about building a website, internet marketing, and growing a web-based business. PBI was born of our 2 loves - baseball and helping people. My favorite business models are exemplified by the television shows Extreme Make Over, Biggest Loser, and Shark Tank. They all have 2 things in common (1) They help people; and (2) The people they help are NOT the ones footing the bill. I’ve always loved that the shows found a creative way to financially support the good work they were doing.
