As the Project Head, I was responsible for increasing the reach of the project by coming up with new campaigns and thinking about diversification ideas.

As the Event Head, I was involved in ideating, organizing and successfully executing the whole event. I acted as the mediator - coordinating the responses between the team members, participants and seniors.

My role included increasing the reach of YMH within my college by engaging in various outreach strategies; and ideating and organizing various mental health initiatives. I volunteered in the World Federation for Mental Health Global Campaign. I worked as a Coordinator for Psycho-Social Exploration 2023 apart from being involved in R&D tasks as well.

I was involved in talent acquisition and talent management. Talent Acquisition: Assisted in the recruitment process by posting job descriptions on various platforms including Linkedin - conducted interviews and successfully onboarded the new hires. Talent Management: Mentored a diverse team of 10 members to expand the reach of India’s largest virtual youth.
