I would describe myself as a dedicated and passionate monitoring, evaluation and learning professional with an educational background in international affairs, international security, and international development background with over ten years of experience. After spending 10 years with several INGOs an a full-time employee, I am thrilled to be working as an independent consultant!I have significant experience with qualitative analysis, quantitative data interpretation, providing technical assistance in all aspects of MEL, complexity-aware monitoring (CAM), cross-cultural communications, business development, and organizational development and mentorship. Within international development, I have experience working in the private as well as the non-profit sector, and worked closely with various USG agencies. I have specialized MEL experience in democracy and governance (DRG) issues, working in non-permissive environments, countering violent extremism (CVE), religious freedom issues, gender-based violence, and LGBTQI+ and human rights. My current and previous work includes projects funded by the German Marshall Fund, UNESCO, MacArthur Foundation, Margaret A. Cargill Philanthropies, various Embassies, USAID, the NED, and U.S. Department of State.
