Owned and managed multiple pharmacies in upstate New York focusing on long-term care business which includes Nursing homes and Group Homes. Developed software to streamline workflow for 150+ long-term care facilities. Interacted with clients along with my COO on a weekly basis to smooth out any issues arising during the course of normal deliveries. Goal was to minimize phone calls from the clients resulting in greater productivity. Maintained a website for client document needs like delivery sheets, copies of Prescriptions etc for State auditing purposes.
