Station Manager ( Remote Stations )
Current* Providing continuous leadership and guidance to courier work groups at the remote locations in western region.* Advocate for and employed people-service-profit principles within an international and domestic business environment.* Fostering positive attitude and team work in implementing courier best practice methods.* Dramatically improved overall station productivity and attained goals by executing a complete route restructure.* Implements and enforces company policies, procedures and job standards.* Maintaining quality service through training to ensure productivity goals are met.* Manages in handling of packages in accordance with established company standards.* Manages package handling compliance scanning procedures and goals.* Conducts Pre-work meetings to communicate values, strategies, and objectives.* Rewards and disciplines package handlers as appropriate.* Assesses and defines assigned Package Handler training needs and participates in on-the-job training and new hire training.* Routinely handle packages to provide assistance to package handlers.* Manages computer systems utilization, paperwork accuracy and procedural consistency.* Adheres to FedEx and SMSA safety programs; confirms compliance with safety rules and regulations; investigates problems and recommends corrective actions.* Maintains safe and clean condition of work area.* Works to resolve customer and employee complaints and issues through appropriate chain of command.
