Assisting warehouse Operations Management in the last mile delivery of 50,000 – 80,000 daily packages and 90,000 – 120,000 during peak season. Responsibilities included but not limited to allocating labor, delegating job duties & providing work direction, providing associate coaching and communicating with leadership. Monitor daily metrics for Scan compliance to ensure our customers receive their packages in an efficient manner. Utilized Salesforce CRM to establish organization for all new customer base. Assisted in the processing of basic payroll & tax services, utilizing QuickBooks.
