Process payroll for greater than 10,000 employees, transmit and reconcile tax codes for multistate, stay abreast of any Federal, State, and Local taxes, update state and local tax rates, respond to agencies correspondence, complete multi-worksite reports, census bureau reports, annual w2/local reconciliation, and work closely with Director of Payroll and the Payroll Manager.

As a contractor, managed the conversion process of payroll for over 30,000 employees for multi-stating, implemented processes and procedures, worked closely with the Director of Payroll and HR Department, managed five Payroll Specialist, and stayed compliant with Federal and State laws.

Managed eight employees - reconciled in-house payroll on a biweekly basis for greater than 7,000 employees, compliant to Federal and State laws, maintained Escheatment, worked closely with the Controller and HR Department.
