I also built automated fraud reports within Oracle BI, to ensure consistent member experience no matter whom they speak to (call center, or branch staff) and quick and effective fraud management in the back end. Managed the fraud budget for the Credit Union, and completed monthly and quarterly reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, indicating fraud trends, alignment with the budget, and AML filing trends which then flowed to the Board. Reviewed cash allowances for each branch, to ensure the holdings were within insurable limits, and were reasonable based on the flow of cash in and out of each particular branch.Some policies and procedures I have written are: Member Identification, Fraud Management, Anti-Money Laundering, Enterprise Risk Management, Privacy, CASL and Transactional. Also assisting the internal audit program by completing operational engagements within the Southern Ontario Region of the institution which included but was not limited to 19 branches of the financial institution. As well as providing ad hoc responses to questions of risk and compliance to all business units.
