Curriculum Developer And Designer
Current- Developing, revising, and updating curriculum materials such as lesson plans and teaching guides for teachers to use in classrooms needs of the teacher - Planning and managing education and training curriculum design projects including, learnerresources and assessment instruments and advice on teacher guides for delivery of teacher training- Developing training programs to improve vocational and employability skills for teacher - Developing and improving the instructional materials for courses- Selecting textbooks and other instructional materials for districtwide implementation- Setting the expectations for which parts of the curriculum must be covered within the school year- Staying informed of trends in instructional methods and educational technology- Providing feedback to teachers based on individual observation and student performance data- Evaluating the effectiveness of existing curriculum materials or programs, making recommendations for changes where needed- Working with teachers to design lesson plans that align with state standards and meet individual students’ needs- Providing advice and guidance to teachers about curriculum development and implementation- Collaborating with teachers to develop materials that help students meet academic standards- Identifying and recommending new curriculum models or teaching methods that could improve student performance in certain subject areas
