Experience more than 7 years in HR generalist. My career start when I have been chosen for six (6) months management training programme handling recruitment and training for non executive level. Assisting my superior for recruitment project (engineer) at Indonesia for our new plant there and meeting deadlines for monthly report. Left the company for an offer to continue my master at Arshad Ayub Graduate Business School after the programme ended.After graduated from AAGBS in MBA, I have been hired by MAHSA University as HR Officer. Great learning experience handling my Training and Development Unit. Coordinate training for every faculty and work closely with MAHSA Academy and external training provider. Responsible for all related matters for HRDF, employees Performance Management and HR System (iFLEXI HRMS). Ad-hoc responsibilities by assisting Recruitment Unit during Audit period (Eg: MQA and others).Currently i am working as HR Executive as Shyan Trading (M) Sdn. Bhd. Managing HR matters by doing Payroll, Recruitment, Training, Performance Management and HR System (AutoCount Payroll). Develop fair HR policies and ensuring employees to understand and comply with it. Assisting manager with employee's grievances and any related matters with government division. Doing monthly report for Product Target and Sales Commission.Looking at better opportunity and challenges in Human Resource field with a progressive organization which will utilize my skills, abilities and education in management while contributing to the development of the organization.
