Responsible for Accounts Payable and Treasury, performing all operations in the JD Edwards ERP system as follows: - Cash Flow Management;- Monitoring of Investments;- Classification of Expenses according to the accounting accounts;- Accountability and control of advances;- Bank reconciliation;- Sending bank remittances and tracking returns with the bank;- Down Payment;- Exchange closing;- Collection of documentation for Audit;- Calculation of fine / bank interest;- Relationship with banks;- Payments of suppliers and issuing of checks;- Monthly financial report for the head office in France.- Monthly closingOver the past 12 months, I fully participated in the migration of the JD Edwards system to Dynamix, where I had to attend several meetings with the French team of developers so that I could insert the entire CP routine into the new system. After the migration ended, I was responsible for reporting all errors that occurred in the production environment so that the Matrix could make all the adjustments.

- Responsible for the receipt and classification of invoices and / or expenses in accordance with the Company's Chart of Accounts;- Launches in integrated system (JDE - Oracle) of accounts payable;- Sending and checking files to the bank;- Payments report;- Bank reconciliation;- Daily cash flow update.

- On-Net feasibility analysis to start the project of implementation of the services to final customers;- Viability Off-net to contract accesses with third-party providers from the request to the delivery;- Management of the registration and attendance to Operators;- Customer support of the base portfolio supporting the external sales area.
