•Managing all aspects of Toronto FC’s equipment and uniform needs and league/sponsors requirements. •Searching the market for opportunistic purchase. Negotiating prices, quantities and deliver time.•Purchasing high volumes with multiple uniform and equipment suppliers (League Partners – Adidas, Under Armour, Nike, Puma, etc.) regarding the everyday needs of the team or uniquely sponsored players. Maintaining positive and productive relationships with each of these suppliers and their representatives. •Responsible for the day-to-day set-up and operations of Team’s training (pre-season and in-season), providing leadership and individual team member coaching to maintain a friendly, supportive and trusting work environment that promotes MLSE values.•Overseeing the TFC Equipment Operations budget for the First Team, USL & Academy team. Calculating the impact of any purchases on company monthly budgets. Analyze and recommend changes to ensure product and apparel are in line with current trends.•Inventory control – weekly and monthly reports using the Program Requester to keep organized and detailed records of the equipment for the First Team, USL, & Academy.
