I am an Electrical Engineer working within the Naval Engineering team at BMT, providing support to a variety of projects with the surface ships and submarine domains.I am also a qualified Electro-Technical Officer and previously worked as an ETO for Foreland Shipping on RO-RO vessels where I was the sole ETO onboard the vessel, responsible for planning and carrying out all electrical work.I completed my cadetship with the Maritime Education Foundation and V. Group, studying towards my CoC and Foundation Degree at South Shields Marine School. During my cadetship I gained experience working on a RO-RO, two Platform Supply Vessels and a Bulk Carrier.After completing my cadetship, I gained my BEng Top Up degree at the Open University. I am currently studying towards my MSc Engineering, also through the Open University.
