My pages operate anonymously to maintain privacy and serve as a gateway to perspectives that are valuable but often inaccessible. Some of my key focuses include:• Researching and vocalizing the hidden histories and current injustices affecting various oppressed groups• Compiling nuanced & detailed resources relating to distinct concepts and ideas relating to equity (several initiatives I spearheaded have been adopted into academic curriculum via numerous K-12 teachers and a multitude of university professors)• Encouraging individuals to do thorough self-research and reflect on biases they may have• Broadcasting urgent community mutual aid requests & call-to-actions

During the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic, I managed 30-60 rooms per shift. I assisted residents with activities of daily living, closely monitored their vitals, and worked with nurses and other team members to provide tender care. Our team also conducted surveys and gathered feedback from residents and based on their input, we designed activities that upheld policies and regulations but also allowed for residents to maintain their valued human connection during an otherwise isolating time.
