My career is marked by successful construction & interior Project implementations, HR & admin Initiatives, stringent legal compliance and brand communication initiatives as the Head - Projects and HR & Administration at G.M. Fabrics Pvt. Ltd. since January 2006.At G.M. Fabrics Pvt. Ltd., I've held the position of Head of Projects / HR & Administration for over 18 + years. My role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities aimed at enhancing organizational efficiency and reduce cost.I lead HR policies and recruitment strategies that align with the strategic objectives of both our headquarters and factory units. This involves conducting in-depth interviews, finalizing salary negotiations, and managing comprehensive recruitment cycles. Additionally, I oversee employee benefits, leave and attendance systems, and the execution of health and safety protocols, ensuring we adhere to all regulatory standards. Also handle all legal, union & statutory compliance matters. As a project Head , I have delivered more than 5,00,000 sq. feet commercial & Industrial, hospital building construction projects along with Interior fit-outs & all facilities. Also having vast experience in Land acquisition and leasing of commercial / Industrial / Residential spaces. My project management duties involve liaising with government bodies for building permissions, coordinating with architects, Vendor, contractors, sourcing material, and overseeing construction projects from planning to timely execution. . On the project legal front, I handle all property-related legal affairs, including civil court cases and negotiations, to protect the company's interests. Additionally, I manage a comprehensive insurance portfolio to cover potential risks to our assets and operations. In facility management, I am responsible for the upkeep and operational integrity of physical assets, including housekeeping, security, and IT infrastructure. My duties extend to negotiating contracts for annual maintenance and overseeing installations that ensure a robust working environment. To support marketing team through brand communication, I've successfully driven campaigns for "GM – Luxury Home Décor," elevating brand presence through strategic media placements and ATL & digital marketing initiatives.
