Head of Operations and Charterers Relations.Leadership responsibility to lead my team to execute highest operational standards in voyage management and optimization.Safe operations in accordance to all international rules and regulations together with local requirements of port, berth and charterers.Responsible for overall supervision of voyages and co-ordinate with other teams like HSSEQ, Crewing and Technical teams to get all requirements met to execute the voyage safely without any off-hire or claims from third parties.Responsible for vessel earnings / Hire calculation / Off-hire negotiations.Effectively communicate with various Pool Managers on all issues and collaborate with charterers to ensure that all support is delivered for execution of voyage.Attending commercial and operational pool meetings to understand the tactics and develop good relations with charterers and pool managers.

Understanding and implementation of Pool CP to ensure pool participants are treated equally in cases of disagreement, compliance and productivity of pool earnings.3. Provide Chartering with analysis for operational and strategic decision making.4. Assist Commercial team in negotiation of short term and long- term tenders.5. Manage Terminal and port compatibility study through agencies and port authorities thereby supporting chartering team.6. Identify and establish cooperation with local agents and experts required to provide specialized / expert knowledge required to comply with local rules and regulations.7. For vessels operations ensure that the vessel fleet at all times are in compliance with national and international laws and requirements.
