Job Demanded : 1: Managing "Honeywell Plant & Warehouse " operations (Incoming inspection & Outgoing inspection - Quality Control)2: Dwelling with customers requirement & queries. Resolving their issues with proper RCA using 8D Quality Tool & CAPA. 3: Imparting training to the team specific to the method of inspection and Handling / Usage of the measuring instruments.4: Organizing mission , Resource planning , validation of competences and tools to the starting of the mission.5: Compliance with the rules of Hygiene and Safety on site.6: Management of quality through QMS Installation of the preventive and corrective actions and assuring its religious adherence on site.7: Human resources management.8: Generate new business and opportunity for the organization.

• Process Quality Improvement: Monitor Process Variability through process & product audit. 1. First half for MPI testing 2. Data collection for SPC Activity 3. Job’s inspection in standard room.• Quality System: Ensure the adherence to the Audits & Customers specific reviews.

Position Objectives: • Plan and monitor outgoing quality of product and to handle customer quality is-sues & warranty issues with the objective to limit cost of quality. • Product Quality Improvement: Full Time SRT leader for Product Improvement of Air conditioners.• Field visit for issues related to Customers /Dealer’s and consolidation of work in report form. Track customer complaints. Co ordinate, analyze and initiate corrective and preventive actions, initiate process audits & mistake proofing methods.•Improvements in the parameters of inspection plan to achieve best of the best quality. . •Conducting the sur-vey for analyzing the confidence of the customer in the product relative to the competitors.•5’S Implementation and Training to subordinates.
