Lead and oversee the development & growth of profitable new business and to develop and maintain effective key agency relationship. Managing and motivating the business development team. 1. Currently I am working with NIIT and associated with its project 'NIIT Yuva Jyoti'. The project is about develop the skill set of Indian youth to increase the employment, its is a joint venture of NIIT and NSDC (PPP initiative of Govt. of India). My work responsibilities are finding & establishments of new locations, Recruitments of Staff members/vendors, Training & Staff Management, Office Management & Operational Activities, Process Implementations, Quality Management, Arranging Branding & Promotional Campaigns, Corporate tie-ups and Business Developments for whole Punjab Territory.
