As an associate in the risk and escalation team of InstantPay, I work on investigating and resolving fraud cases, monitoring and reporting suspicious activities, and coordinating with merchants, banks, and legal authorities. I have successfully recovered amounts from several fraudsters, spread awareness among users, and acted on accounts reported by NPCI and other agencies.I also interact with our business correspondents to handle queries and issues related to domestic money transfer, InstantPay application and platform, and transaction logs. I use my vendor coordination and management skills to liaise with the concerned teams and vendors and ensure timely and satisfactory solutions. I have a master's degree in business administration and management from K.R. Mangalam University, Gurgaon, and a bachelor's degree in electrical and electronics engineering from Maharshi Dayanand University.
