Making a DGR of plant and update in SAP on daily basis.Every Month we do safety audit of WTG.Coordinate with Inox team and doing a maintenance of the WTG as per schedule. Responsible for leading the team in maintenance & breakdown of wind turbine generator. Troubleshooting in WTG components such as Radiator,Hydraulic unit, Gear box, Yaw Caliper, Rotor and Rotor Shaft, Brake Caliper, Brake Disc, Coupling, Torque limiter, CLS, Yaw Drive and Pitch. Replacement work of Generator Bearing & Slip ring drum Generator and Convertor Cooling System ,Gear box HSS, Yaw Caliper Pad.  Preventive and predictive maintenance and annual overhauls at Site. As per our management guideline doing a technical audit of the WTG and make a reports. Creating WTG health check report.
