Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.• Unit and Department wise manpower planning to determine the optimum number of people required• Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with department managers.• Staff recruitment & retention, pre & post Joining formalities, orientation & on-boarding of new employees,• Arranging for skills enhancement through training & workshops for improvement and overall productivity.• Maintain attendance & leave record and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.• Disciplinary action in response to employee misconduct, rule violation, or poor performance.• Manage, upgrade and process monthly payroll for staff, on-roll, and contract workers.
