With over 10+ Years of Experience in Microbiology Department as microbiologist.Approved food Technologist from EIC.NABL Authorized Signatory for Biological Scope as per FSSAI, BIS EIC, APEDA, MPEDA.I am passionate about ensuring the Safety & Quality of food products.I am currently working as Senior Research Associate at ITC Food Division, where i performs Microbiological testing, reporting for various food categories, following GLP & Quality Assurance standards.I also contribute to the continuous improvement of the laboratory processes, methods,equipment and support R&D team PD team.previously I was worked with Intertek India Pvt ltd.& prime certification & Inspection laboratory .Alashore Marine Export Pvt.Ltd.I have done M.SC. with Microbiology & MBA in HR Marketing.I possess strong laboratory skills such as RT-PCR ,ELISA, microscopy ,culture Isolation, identification of microorganism.I committed to enhancing my knowledge & skills in the field of food Microbiology.and I value collaboration,Innovation, excellence in my work
