Additionally, I assumed the role of lead cost manager for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) packages in the Noida Meeting Point (NMP) multi-purpose commercial project for IKEA, successfully delivering pre-contract cost plans.Key achievements:Successfully delivered 30 million square feet of data storage facilities for Iron Mountain at diverse locations across pan India.Introduced an innovative process framework at Iron Mountain, enhancing project management procedures for upcoming facilities in both Indian and global settings.Spearheaded the delivery of the best facility for Iron Mountain India, earning a nomination as the best facility for Iron Mountain worldwide.Achieved the successful delivery of preliminary, conceptual, and detailed cost plans for the MEP component of the IKEA Noida project, maintaining a 5% variation from conceptual to detailed cost plan.

During my tenure with JV UIE & 4trust, I served as a project manager for the Modification and Upgradation of the Air Pollution Control System/Equipment for Line-2 at Oman Cement Company, SAOG, located in Al-Misfah, Oman. As the project manager, I was responsible for defining the project scope and overseeing various aspects such as scope management, contract management, stakeholders’ management, team formation, team management, communication management, schedule management, design management, vendor management, and data management. Leading a team comprising 25 professionals and vendors, I ensured the efficient planning and execution of the project.I supervised and ensured the timely and seamless progress of the project at the site and multiple manufacturing factories, ensuring the project's completion within the stipulated timelines. Additionally, I conducted and facilitated both internal and external meetings addressing site progress, billing, and site issues among the team, vendors, and clients, stepping in to manage whenever necessary.Key achievements:Interviewed, assembled, and managed a team of 25 professionals from various parts of the world.Collaborated with the team to devise a solution that mitigated the risk of demolishing/damaging existing silo foundations and power channels by implementing piling for machine foundations. This approach saved considerable time, money, and minimized health and safety risks at the site.Successfully supervised the delivery and erection of an 82-meter high and 8-meter diameter wide stack/chimney, which stood as the tallest in Oman at that time.

During my tenure with Turner & Townsend, I initiated, completed and delivered multiple projects for multiple clients within India and Bangladesh. My responsibilities varied from project to project such as- defining the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management, creating a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project, determining the resources (time, money, equipment, etc.) required to complete the project, developing a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities and monitoring and controlling the progress at site etc. I was responsible for overseeing and controlling day to day activities and to ensuring the timely delivery of project.
