Ltd, Rajkot (Gujarat), Since April 2019, which manufactures Lost Wax Investment casting for wide range of industries such as Industrial Valve , Process Pump ,Power Plant Equipment , Boiler & Turbine Part .Automobile & Engine Part .This Company are having certificate like IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ABS, it has applied for API (American Petroleum Institute)My Job Responsibilities are• To identify hazard (health & safety)/ aspects (environment) & do risk (health & safety) & impact (environment) analysis related to work activities of Q.C. Make plan of actions to reduce the risk & impact and implement.• Coordination with all external agencies for testing • Coordination with all external agencies for Auditing and Conduct Auditing with them as per Plan. • Conduct NDE Testing Liquid Penetrate testing visual Inspection as per MSS SP-15• Attending Customer Complaint.• Trainer for ISO 18001: 2007, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and IATF 16949:2016.• Conduct Internal Audit as per ISO 9001, ISO 14001 ,ISO 45001, and as per API & Second Party Auditor • Supplier Performance evaluation, Supplier Selection, Supplier Audit.• Inspection of Incoming material through PMI Machine, Spectrophotometer, and Radiation survey meter.• Dimensional Inspection of Casting.• Plan & Conduct Training and development.• Conduct mechanical testing like hardness tester, tensile test, Charpy Impact test • Co-ordination with Calibration agency • ISO and API , NORSOK documentation Prepare.• I have given NEBOSH exam from NIST , Result awaited.
