Working experience in Global Compliance and Quality Assurance for 15+ years including +9 years in core Test Management and Planning, mainly in Class II and Class III casino gaming systems which are played on Electronic Gaming Machine (Landbased), desktops and mobile devices and products of casino gaming industry for various countries. Ensure the company remains compliant with statutory and regulatory conditions within the jurisdictions different clients operates in; Monitor on-going development throughout the key markets on which different client base games are targeted in terms of legislation within the area concerning online gambling Report to management regarding changes, impact to the company, required changes, assist in and engage in the application of approvals in new jurisdictions as necessary Together with the Compliance team, act as the Internal governing body when responding to alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and Standards of Conduct by evaluating or recommending the initiation of investigative procedures Proactively monitoring, assessing and reviewing any upcoming gaming/gambling related regulatory changes on a worldwide basis and report to the Senior Management and the rest of the organization Monitoring and analyzing prospective future markets from a regulatory perspective Acting as the liaising officer between the company and the regulatory authorities Identifying, creating and maintaining the company’s framework of polices, instructions, and procedures to ensure compliance Providing education, training and support to the company on compliance developments and issues Extensive understanding of Landbased and Online markets which covers Americas, Canada, Europe, Asia and ANZ markets
