I started my journey as a System Development Manager and through a series of promotions elevated to the level of a Global Service Delivery Manager- ERP. Drove robust strategies towards effective execution of center’s administrative operations, with focus on global service delivery & implementation of finance, compliance, HR, and physical security functions. Captained a global team of Service Delivery Managers and Service delivery Executives. During my tenure as a Senior Service Delivery Manager, I successfully transitioned systems and implemented a global helpdesk service to respond towards user service requests and system failure. Another key highlight of this tenure was my involvement in developing new cloud based/custom software/ tools by using proper project management and SDLC process. As Technical Advisor- Catholic Relief Services, GKIM, I also contributed in detailed designing, implementation, testing, and release of ICT solutions.Selected accomplishments from this tenure include:• Providing technical leadership in Oracle Cloud Fusion R13 implementation for HR, Supply Chain and Finance • Devised RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Extension, Conversion and Fast Formula) for the first go-live with the support of system integrator• Conceptualized and implementing Oracle Cloud Fusion R13• Created a data visualization service via. broad capacity building to support data innovation initiatives; supported REMIND, LEAP‐2, OCS, and HR PMS projects and the $60K US in grant funding from Microsoft• Pioneered technologies to maximize productivity, support SMI & ICTAG strategy• Drove initiatives like SMI and eValuate to coach, guide, build capacity in team• Recipient of 2 certificates from eCornell, (Master Certificate in Systems Design and Project Leadership and in Executive Leadership)• Donned the hat of a Lead Architect on Project Gateway in FY- 2016• Commanded architecture & design of Project Information Management System (PIMS)
