With over 10 years in the healthcare field, I am experienced in multiple areas and aspects of clinical training and patient care. In my most recent role as a clinical education manager, I was responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating educational programing related to new employee orientation, annual review, clinical professional development and other topics as needed. Serving also as a technical trainer by designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating all technical training programs within different EMRs, Litmos and other systems. Working in close collaboration with other internal teams, such as clinical field staff, clinical leadership, project managers, IT advisors and stakeholders to develop and meet company goals centered around the mission of providing innovative high value care. Always leading with integrity, compassion, creativity and a need to help everyone excel. People are my purpose, which make healthcare perfect for me. I love what I do.
