In collaboration with leadership and staff, establish and implement Staff, Student, and Site Expectations. Open and close site daily, communicating frequently with leadership, families, staff, and students for reminders, important dates, field trips, assessments, and operational changes.Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure that policies and program expectations are met. Coordination and Curation of School-Year, Saturday Session, and Summer Programming. Management of on-site visitors/volunteers, Lesson Planning, and Student Assessments. Organize and lead off-site trips, Student Showcases, and Site Staff Check-Ins. Assist with data collection, program impact reports, and partnership coordination for board, grantors and stakeholders. Responsible for the on-site supervision and staff training of ed tech resources like iReady, HELPS, Wake County Portal, Canvas, Powerschool, IXL, and Khan Academy.

Curated and coordinated dynamic and engaging learning enrichments and lesson plans for Wake County students in grades 3-12. Led daily extended-day program activities based on leadership expectations and weekly lesson plans. Implemented effective classroom management techniques and high quality arts programs as a result of years of education and community programming experience. Responsible for site-specific summer lesson planning and coordination of Spring and Summer Student Showcase.Essential to post-remote learning curriculum development and creation of differentiated instruction and learning strategies for students with IEPs.
